Memorial Arrangements

I was going through the pictures when I ran across this funeral wreath I did. It was for a man that meant everything to his family… a man who also was very proud of serving his country..

It is a hard enough time when a customer comes in to order flowers for a funeral service. I comfort them by listening to them and providing exactly what they request. Whether it be a basic piece or a special order with a memorial item worked in to make it personal.

For instance, I was asked if I could work a creel basket that had been passed down from two generations into an arrangement/easel for a grandpa who loved to fish. I said sure. I knew it meant alot the person requesting the special work. When it was all done .. I stood back and thought this is cool… I knew how much it meant to the family..
